HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software, designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.
Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025.

Why are we hiring?
HarfangLab is experiencing growth and expanding internationally. We are seeking our future Senior Pre-Sales engineer to join the Customer Experience team.
What you will do with us?
As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, your mission will include:
- Demonstrating our product to prospective customers: understanding their needs, tailoring the presentation, answering questions, and highlighting the unique strengths of our EDR,
- Planning, organizing, and conducting proof of concepts, from initial presentation to installation and early-stage usage support,
- Acting as the technical lead on RFIs/RFPs, working closely with the sales team,
- Supporting project defense: meeting high-level stakeholders to present our solution and its competitive advantages,
- Providing feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and expectations.
You will also play a key role in supporting and enabling our partner ecosystem. In close collaboration with our Channel Management team, you will:
- Animate and technically support a portfolio of around ten existing strategic partners,
- Equip partners with the technical know-how, tools, and resources to position and deploy HarfangLab's solutions effectively,
- Lead partner-facing activities such as demos, technical workshops, and competitive positioning,
- Provide ongoing enablement and training to partner pre-sales teams,
- Help ensure HarfangLab is technically and strategically aligned with the broader solutions offered by our partners.
Additionally, you will:
- Help promote new product features
- Be a driving force in evolving our technical offerings
- Represent HarfangLab at industry events and conferences
About you
Hard Skills
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar job,
- You possess general knowledge of cybersecurity and IT systems, in general,
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English,
- Experience in the field of cybersecurity would be a significant plus, specifically as a member of a SOC team.
Soft skills
- You are recognized for your personal qualities such as empathy, humility, diligence, and ethics,
- Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers and also highly technical customers,
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies,
- You are curious about technology and always search to understand it,
- You know how to work in a team, and you especially enjoy it!
- You are organized, structured and has good writing skills both in French and English.
